What's the difference between Full Users and Shopfloor Users?

Full Users have access to the full functionality of the software. You can set full users to have full admin permissions (ability to edit settings) or simply standard permissions.

Shopfloor Users have the ability to update manufacturing jobs only. They cannot see any pricing or commercial information such as quotes, sales orders or invoices in the system.

What’s included with QuickWorks?

Will QuickWorks link to our accounts package?

QuickWorks offers free integration with Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.

Can we import our data?

Yes, we have templates to import customer, supplier and stock data into QuickWorks. Please get in touch with our team and we can help manage your migration process.

Is support included?

Yes, all support is included as part of our service. Our standard plan includes email and telephone support. Our micro plan includes email only support.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, the contract term is simply 1 month, this gives you the flexibility to increase or decrease the number of users in your plan at any time.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is encrypted on our servers and your data is backed up daily to 2 seperate locations.

Are there any upfront costs?

No, there are no up-front costs with QuickWorks.

Can I work from home and still access QuickWorks?

QuickWorks is a cloud-based system, this means that you can work from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
