Shopfloor Users have the ability to view or update manufacturing jobs only. A shopfloor user could be an individual updating the progress of manufacturing jobs or a single screen viewing live manufacturing jobs. They cannot see any pricing or commercial information such as quotes, sales orders or invoices in the system.

Yes, the contract term is simply 1 month, this gives you the flexibility to increase or decrease the number of users in your plan at any time.

Yes, your data is encrypted on our servers and your data is backed up daily to 2 separate locations.

QuickWorks data is encrypted and backed up daily to 2 separate datacentres - these datacentres are in 2 different locations geographically.

This means if there was a problem with the first datacentre we can switch to the second datacentre to restore service.

We’ve partnered with a large enterprise cloud infrastructure partner who provide 99.99% uptime and to date we’ve not experienced an outage from our datacentres.

Also, if you experienced an issue at your business premises e.g. an electrical outage, or the internet went down, then you are able to access QuickWorks remotely from your laptop with a WiFi connection - you can even hotspot from your phone or work remotely from home. This helps provide business continuity in case there is a problem onsite.
